Jonas Rushworth is a 19-year-old European Gold-Medalist Champion in Gymnastics and an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the United Kingdom.

I wanted to speak to Jonas as he pushes forward in his pursuit of the next Olympic games about what role his faith in God plays in his gymnastic success.

Some highlights from this episode include why Jonas thinks faith is so important to elite athletes, how he balances the demands of his sport with the normal life of a young adult, and what spiritual lessons gymnastics have taught him.
